In a place like Florida villa’s are a wonderful alternative to hotels.
2 Florida villas are mainly equipped to a high standard - fully air-conditioned, private pools, full kitchens, and often games equipment or electronic games, DVD’s, CDs etc. A villa offers all the modern amenities plus the comfort and informality of home.
3 The villa will have lots more space. Hotel rooms van be very crowded and usually only provide one or two rooms, in a Florida villa finding your own space and comfort would not be an issue making your vacation more enjoyable. Most villas also have a private pool/jacuzzi which can make your vacation even more enjoyable.
4 The villa we stayed at last year on Solana Resort had a private pool and Jacuzzi for the guests. Why would you want to cram into a communal pool when you can relax with only friends and family in your own private pool.
5 Most villas have a games room in the garage with things like a pool table or table football. This also helps provide great entertainment for the family.
6 Additional bathrooms, waiting for the bathroom can be a real drag when you are eager to get out and about, most villa’s will have at least 3 bathrooms so no need to wait your turn and their will be plenty of linen as well.
7 The rental home will allow you to relax and unwind in your own personnel space.
8 Kitchen amenities - when choosing a place to stay for a Florida vacation, individuals like to have good kitchen amenities available to them, including a Barbecue.
9 There are no fixed times for breakfast and evening meal allowing you more flexibility during the day. There is nothing worse after having a wonderful day strolling round the parks to have to rush back to the hotel to meet the set times for meals
10 Washing machines and dryers - one of the more accommodating aspects of renting an Orlando villa as opposed to staying at a hotel is the availability of washers and dryers on the premises. No need to search for a launderette when washers and dryers are included yn the amenities

No drying yourself with a towel all-ready used by 3 members of the family as you do not have enough linen and no having to rush down and reserve a sun lounger on the days you are not enjoying the parks.
12 Eating in is so easy, flexible and inexpensive. The place becomes yours for the whole holiday - a real home from home. Food in the state is generally cheaper than the UK and eating in can help with budgeting if you have a large family. There are endless Wall-Marts in Orlando stocked with all the usual food you would find back home.
13 Most new villa’s nowadays are build on resort complexes, that are secure and have communal pools and can offer many other facilities. At Solana Resort where the Florida vacation villa we rented is located the on site facilities were excellent.
